◆ DIP Production Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the jurisdiction of the DIP workshop safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and 5 s management;
2, be responsible for the DIP workshop discipline management, equipment management;
3, responsible for coordination of DIP workshop management work process, solve the problem of line body rhythm equilibrium, all kinds of abnormal;
4, responsible for coordination of antenatal preparation work arrangement, for periodic personnel, tooling, equipment, clear capacity assessment, timely and accurate submission requirements;
5, responsible for DIP workshop team building and grass-roots management personnel, key positions and develop.
Job requirements:
1, college degree, have more than 3 years production management experience in electronics industry;
2, DIP assembly, test, such as plug-in cord management experience
3, be familiar with circuit basic theory knowledge, familiar with soldering iron, tools such as air pressure gun, have PCBA, MID and other maintenance experience
4, with strong leadership, judgment and decision-making ability, good communication, execution and planning ability
